1. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. To cancel, please contact our support team immediately. Orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be cancelled.

  • You return the product in original condition within 7 days

  • Services already rendered
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Products purchased with promotional discount codes
  • Products damaged due to customer negligence

4. Refund Process

To request a refund:

  1. Contact our support team within 7 days of purchase
  2. Provide your order number and reason for refund
  3. For physical products, return them in original condition
  4. We will verify and process your refund within 5-7 business days
  5. Refund will be credited to the original payment method

Refund processing timelines:

  • Request Approval: 2-3 business days
  • Refund Processing: 5-7 business days after approval
  • Bank Processing: 3-5 business days (varies by bank)
  • Total time: 10-15 business days approximately

6. Return Shipping

For physical product returns:

  • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility
  • Products must be in original packaging
  • Items should be undamaged and unused
  • Return address will be provided upon request

7. Subscription Cancellation

For recurring subscriptions:

  • Cancel anytime from your account dashboard
  • No refund for partial month usage
  • You retain access until the end of billing period
  • Automatic renewal will stop immediately

8. Partial Refunds

If you request a refund after partial use or consumption, we may issue a partial refund based on the usage percentage. The calculation will be transparent and explained to you.

9. Declined Refund Requests

Refund requests may be declined if:

  • Request is made after 7 days of purchase
  • Product is damaged due to customer misuse
  • Item falls into non-refundable category
  • No valid proof of purchase provided

10. Replacement Policy

If you receive a defective or damaged product, we will replace it free of charge within 7 days. Contact our support team with photos of the damage.
