Delivery Policy

Fast and reliable delivery service

1. Delivery Locations

We deliver to all locations in India including remote areas. For international delivery, please contact our support team for special arrangement and charges.

2. Delivery Timeline

Standard delivery timelines:

  • Local Delivery (Mancherial & Nearby): 1-2 business days
  • Regional Delivery (Telangana): 2-3 business days
  • National Delivery: 3-7 business days
  • Express Delivery: 1 business day (available on selected items)

3. Order Processing

Before dispatch:

  • Order verification: 24 hours
  • Payment confirmation: 1-2 hours
  • Packaging and preparation: 24-48 hours
  • Handover to courier: 24 hours

5. Tracking Your Order

After shipment:

  • You will receive a tracking number via email/SMS
  • Track your package on courier website
  • View estimated delivery date
  • Receive delivery notifications

6. Delivery Address Requirements

Please provide complete address with:

  • Full name and contact number
  • Complete street address
  • Landmark (if available)
  • City, state, and pincode
  • Alternate contact number

7. Delivery Charges

Delivery charges:

  • Free Delivery: Orders above ₹500 within local area
  • Regional: ₹50-150 depending on location
  • National: ₹100-300 depending on pincode
  • Express: Additional ₹100-200 charges

8. Failed Deliveries

If delivery fails:

  • Courier will attempt redelivery (usually 2-3 attempts)
  • We will contact you regarding redelivery
  • Additional delivery charges may apply for reschedule
  • After failed attempts, order can be refunded

9. Signature at Delivery

For high-value orders, signature is required at delivery. Please ensure someone is available to receive and sign for the package.

10. Damaged/Lost Items

If your order arrives damaged or lost:

  • Take photos/video of the damage immediately
  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
  • Provide order number and proof
  • We will file a claim with the courier
  • Replacement or refund will be processed

11. Change of Delivery Address

You can change delivery address:

  • Within 24 hours of order placement
  • Before package is handed to courier
  • Contact support team immediately with new address
  • Additional charges may apply for change

12. Saturday & Sunday Delivery

Most couriers operate on weekdays. Weekend delivery depends on courier partner. Contact us for special weekend delivery requests.
